When it comes to our kids it can easily feel like they need us more than we need them and if we begin to rely on them there is a FAT chance they will disappoint.
The truth is, yes, they will disappoint us IF we are constantly wanting them to live up to our standards the first time they put their hands to something that we have done forever and ever. Accept that they are not perfect, and just like us, they have to work through the mistakes towards perfection.
Growing in Love Together means taking on each others shortcomings. As a family we contribute to one another, no one person should contribute more.
