With the pandemic, distance learning, and everything in between I have been searching for ways to take care of myself. I find that the words self care are thrown around so often that I've almost become numb to it. I've come to the point where I am not sure what that even means now. I can't schedule a whole spa day. How will I implement self care? I can't have much time away from my kids so, HOW can I implement self care?
