I am so excited to have my FIRST guest on the podcast! I hope you can hear the excitement in my voice. We talk about ways to thrive during a pandemic. I don't know about you but, I go straight from working at my dining room table to mom mode within seconds. I became EXTREMELY overwhelmed with all the things and had to reset and set boundaries. Talking with Sarah definitely reminded me of how to do that.

Sarah Alexander is a Boundaries Personal Trainer that bring women back to self acceptance and alignment by encouraging whole body connection and clarity. Sarah moved to Melbourne, Australia in 2011. When she first arrived she had difficulty adjusting and loneliness and depression occurred. As a result, she learned how to turn inwards and start exploring embodiment practices, creativity, and expression of self as her lifelines.

It was truly a pleasure speaking with Sarah about ways I could set up boundaries and come to a sense of self while having to be "on" all the time for my family.
