GILT Tip #2 - Do Something With Her

Show her some love today by helping her do something that you would normally have her do something on her own.  

• If she normally makes her bed, take time and help her do that.
• If she normally folds her laundry on her own, help her do that.
• If she normally cleans her room on her own, help her do that.

Less focus on the fact that she KNOWS how to do the things and more focus on the opportunities to connect that can be inserted into your daily activities.
