Growing In Love Together

Grief: Losing My Mom

Charise Freeman, Kim Hanlon Season 2 Episode 5

I'm not gonna lie, when Kim Hanlon inquired about being a guest on this podcast, I was not sure if talking about grief would be a good fit for you all. When I tell you that this lovely lady is doing something amazing, I mean it!

The episode is centered around grieving the loss of my mom. It seems crazy because she is actually alive but, I really learned that because she isn't around there were parts of our relationship that I needed to grieve.

This episode is simply a conversation between Kim and I where we talk about dealing with grief that isn't necessarily a death. This was truly an eye opener to me about where my heart is and how I can continue to heal past these things that I have not really faced head on.

Kim Hanlon is a Health Educator and advanced certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist. I am certainly still in the giving mood and want to extend the gift of a 50-minute Growing In Love Session.

The session would be you, and me taking an in depth look at your love languages and going over your current desires. We will discuss what’s not working and create a clear, actionable plan that you can put in place to help you get where you want to go. Not just in your relationship with your partner but friendships, and relationships with your family too.

Remember, remove the "U" in guilt and Grow In Love Together,

Xx
